Special material
The stainless steel S32205 produced by NISCO joint venture belongs to austenitic ferrite duplex stainless steel. It has high strength, excellent corrosion resistance performance, and better part corrosion resistance performance in comparison with steel grade SUS 316L and SUS 317L, thus it was widely used as a material for chemical installations. It also can be used in sea water environment such as sea water desalination equipment, sea water pump, papermaking equipment sets, chemical tanker, stack desulfurization equipment, bridges with high strength and corrosion resistance requirements. The super stainless steel N08367 produced by NISCO joint venture is extremely cost-efficient. It is anti-corrosion austenitic stainless steel with high Cr and high Mo content, also shows strong corrosion resistance performance in harsh environment such as high temperature seawater, stack desulfurization device, seawater environment: including desalination plant, heat exchanger, condenser pipe, etc., high concentration chloride ion environment including stack desulfurization equipment, pulp and paper industry, various bleaching equipment, high concentration of salt environment including resin manufacturing equipment, chemical reaction containers and piping. The steel N08825 produced by NISCO joint venture belongs to high Ni and corrosion resistant nickel base alloy. It has high corrosion resistance to both oxidized acid and non-oxidized acid and is used for the complete set of equipment in petroleum exploitation and chemical industry. The steel N06625 produced by NISCO joint venture is used for chemical equipment, marine construction and pollution prevention devices, N06600 for heat treatment furnace components and K93600 for Used for bimetal, trimetal, LNG carriers and CFRP metal molds.
